Via Highway 18:
From your area - travel to San Bernardino,
California (92404)
From the 215
in San Bernardino: Travel North on the 215 through San Bernardino, when the
freeway divides North to Barstow, take the East 30 to the Mountain Resorts. Exit
on Waterman Avenue, you will want to Turn Left onto Waterman Ave. Stay on Waterman
Avenue, it will turn into Highway 18.
Highway 18 will
bring you up about 5,000 feet within 15-20 minutes. The first landmark, you will
see is the Crestline Bridge Overpass.
****Possible Detour:
Take the Crestline Bridge turn off - it will stop at Crest Forst Drive. Turn RIGHT
and stay on Crest Forest Drive until it returns to Highway 18. You will see the
landmark Cliffhanger Restaurant - merge onto Highway 18 - the next town will be
Rim Forest.
Continue on Highway
18 passing through the towns of Rim Forest, Skyforest and Running Springs and
continue on to the Green Valley Lake turn-off which is located past the town of
Arrowbear. Turn left at the Green Valley Lake turn off and travel until you reach
the town of Green Valley lake.

From your area - travel to San Bernardino,

From the 215
in San Bernardino:
Travel North on the 215 through San Bernardino, when the freeway divides North
to Barstow, take the East 30 to the Mountain Resorts.
Continue on Highway
330 towards Running Springs and travel approx 30 minutes up the mountain to the
town of Running Springs. You will be East of Lake Arrowhead.
Stay right and
travel through the town of Running Springs returning to Highway 18 at the end
of the town. Continue right and travel approx. 30 minutes on Highway 18 towards
Snow Valley Ski Resort through the towns of Deerlick and Arrowbear.
Turn left at the Green Valley Lake turn off and travel until you reach the town
of Green Valley lake.
